By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. To be fair to all guests, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. This policy applies to all reasons you are unable or choose not to travel, including weather or environmental conditions, smoke, poor air quality, wildfire activity, road conditions or closures, power outages beyond our control, illness or injury, family emergencies, work or schedule changes, travel delays, vehicle problems, or any other unforeseen circumstance. Please book only if you are comfortable accepting these terms. Once your reservation is confirmed, no exceptions will be made outside of our published cancellation policy.
